Jim began his public accounting career in 1976 for a small firm in Boston. Two years later, he joined Rowles & Company, LLP as a staff accountant. In May 1978, he passed the CPA exam and began practicing as a licensed CPA.
Over the next eight years, Jim gained his experience and knowledge working in the Firm’s credit union practice.
Jim was admitted as a partner in the Firm in 1986.
Besides Jim’s passion to his church, he has been very involved and promotes the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life.
Jim’s good nature and sense of humor will be missed by not only the remaining partners and staff but the clients that he has served for the past 39 years. Jim has formed client relationships that are going strong today. Many turned into great friendships.
We celebrated his retirement with a cocktail party at the Boumi Temple with family, friends, and longtime clients.
We extend our best wishes to Jim and his family as he enjoys his retirement. We hope your golf game improves and you enjoy your leisure time. You will be missed!
Best Wishes Jim!
